Before the First Visit

• A complimentary meet-and-greet to review routines and access

• Completed the intake form and service agreement

• Access details confirmed (keys, lockbox, or entry instructions)

During the Visit

• Care provided exactly as discussed

• Walks tailored to your dog’s pace and preferences

• Fresh water, feeding, medications, or litter care as requested

• Safety checks and plenty of attention

After the Visit

• A detailed visit report through Time To Pet

• Photos and notes so you know how everything went

• Clear communication if anything unusual comes up
